A Union ThatWorks For You
Standing Together For Change
The South African Trade Union of Call Centers (SATUCC) organises employees working in call centres and contact centres across the country — from agents and consultants through to team leaders and support staff.
We advocate against unfair labour practices, unfair discrimination and unfair dismissals through representation at the CCMA and the Labour court. In the workplace where we are a representative union, we bargain for better wages and salaries, shape the policies that regulate conduct in the workplace and challenge the perpetual state of pay queries that continue to permeate across the industry.
Our Vision
To organize and empower all call center workers, fostering a respectful, fair and equitable work environment, where every employee’s rights are protected, voices are heard, and opportunities for growth and wellbeing are realized.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower and protect the rights of all call center workers by advocating for fair wages, safe working conditions, and respectful treatment. We strive to unite employees across the industry to foster a supportive community that champions job security, professional growth and work-life balance.
