SATUCC members went to the Labour Court to challenge an illegally imposed lockout by Alorica S.A, one of the BPO's in Cape Town that underpays their employees.

The lockout was imposed after employees took a decision to embark on a protected strike in October 2025. The action was led by the General Secretary, Comrade Sivuyile.
